What we will do for you...
If you have contacted us by telephone you will be connected immediately to one of our in house claims specialists.  Alternatively if you have used the forms on this site we will endeavour to reply to you using the contact details provided.  Our specialist claims team, will discuss with you the reason you feel you want to make a claim and take full details of matter and any further details you are aware of.
Using their experience the claims team will be able to assess whether your claim requires the advice of a specialist solicitor, if this is the case they will offer either to put you directly in contact with the appropriate specialist or arrange a convenient time for them to contact you.  Best Advice Management Service do not charge you for this service and you will not sign a contract with us.  The legal advice is provided by independent law firms who are specialised in the area in which you are seeking to bring your claim.  Best Advice Management Service will not provide you with legal advice relating to your claim.  Of course if you are dissatisfied with the advice you receive from the specialist you can ask Best Advice Management Service to consider the case for a second opinion, furthermore you are free to seek advice from anyone else at anytime.  To avoid confusion we would ask that you only speak to one claims specialist at a time to ensure you get the best possible result.
Best Advice Management Service panel of expert solicitors is made up from specialist firms all over the country and should be able to assist with all possible claims for compensation.  The panel contribute to Best Advice Management Service's marketing costs and they will confirm this should you proceed with them, they also assist in the running of the claims handling centre that Best Advice Management Service provides to manage and assess incoming and ongoing claims.  The panel law firms will not charge you for any of these costs, regardless of the outcome of your claim, and they will not be deducted from any settlement or remedy you receive.
Your appointed solicitor will provide you with their full details including the name of the solicitor who is handling the case and a reference number for your claim.  We suggest you utilise this reference when contacting solicitors as on occasion files may be moved within firms to ensure the most appropriate person is dealing with your claim.  You are free to contact the solicitor at any time to discuss your case, and in any event at the outset of the claim they may have provided you with an estimate of how long the case will take, what remedy you are likely to receive, whether or not you require additional insurance and if there is any possibility of you having to make any contributions if you are successful.  Please feel free to contact the handling solicitor to review those estimates as quite often things will change as the case progresses.
The panel law firm has been selected for their expertise in handling a wide variety of claims for compensation. They are all members of the Law Society and comply with appropriate regulations and codes as issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
